In this 90-min signature Leadership Lab session, we break down the five must-have skills of top performers—like preparation, proactive ownership, and earning trust fast—and what human skills will help them adapt to the fast-paced changes of AI. Participants will get practical, ready-to-use tips for weaving each skill into their daily work. Myra shares real-world stories from her time at Amazon and Gap, and facilitates interactive discussions to tackle the challenges holding you back. Executive Presence & Influence

This 90 minute workshop breaks down the elusive “executive presence” into the four most critical skills. We’ll walk through tactical ways to build those skills and outline the micro-actions you can take on the daily to improve your presence and influence. Participants will leave with a focused career development plan. This session is perfect for team offsites, career development days, and affinity groups.

Participants will learn the foundations of the most critical professional skill – communication, including frameworks for how to tailor to your audience, structure your communication more persuasively, and how to handle ad hoc situations confidently. We will practice with common work scenarios and allow participants time for feedback. We offer this as a one-day crash course or a multi-week class depending on your needs. We also offer this directly to participants if you have 1-2 employees you’re looking to support.
