  • Top 5 Traits of a Great Leader: Perfect for managers or leaders looking for a reset. In this 90-min session, we break down the five traits that define great leaders—strategic communication, earning trust, resilience, and more. Leaders will get practical tips to build these traits into their everyday leadership, with real-world examples and interactive discussions to address common leadership challenges.

  • Effective Communication: Participants will learn the foundations of the most critical professional skill – communication, including frameworks for how to tailor to your audience, structure your communication more persuasively, and how to handle ad hoc situations confidently. We will practice with common work scenarios and allow participants time for feedback. We offer this as a one-day crash course or a multi-week class depending on your needs.
