Leadership Lab MD LLC (“Leadership Lab”) offers the Leadership Lab AI Coach through Coachvox. This notice explains how we handle information you provide when using the coach. Coachvox also handles your information under its own privacy policy, which you should read before signing up.

What we collect. When you sign up, we receive your name and email address. When you use the coach, we may access your messages, the AI’s replies, and information such as when you used it.

How we use it. We use this information to provide access to the coach, understand how people use it, respond to support requests, and improve the coach’s guidance. Your conversations are not private messages to Myra; she may review them as the creator of the coach.

Who can access it. Leadership Lab and Coachvox may access your conversations. Coachvox hosts and operates the coach and may access chats to provide, maintain, secure, and improve its service. Please see Coachvox’s privacy policy for details about its practices.

What not to share. Do not enter confidential company information, sensitive personal information, or information about someone else that you do not have permission to share. You can describe a workplace situation without using real names or identifying details.

Your choices. You can contact us at myra@leadership-lab.co to ask about information associated with your account or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law. You may also contact Coachvox about conversation data through the contact details in its privacy policy.

Updates. We may update this notice as the coach or our practices change. The date above will show when it was last revised.
